The Top 100 Power List 2021: Nominations Are Open!

The Power List is back, and we need your help to make this year’s our best ever by using the nomination form below.

For the unfamiliar, The Power List celebrates the most influential analytical scientists – and for 2021 we’ll be returning to our Top 100 format – but how do we decide who appears? We don’t – you do! Each “power lister” is nominated by our readers and then ranked by an independent panel of esteemed judges.

Ask yourself: who are the most inspiring and influential analytical scientists in the field right now? Who is driving us all forward? Perhaps you know of an overlooked trailblazer who deserves a moment in the spotlight. Or maybe you’d like to celebrate a mentor the community couldn’t do without. What about a researcher who has achieved incredible things despite difficult obstacles? Now is your chance to put them on a pedestal.

Feel free to nominate as many individuals as you like! As long as it's before our deadline (August 20th), your vote will be counted. And, as always, we encourage you to consider the diversity in our field when you do so.

We look forward to receiving your nominations!

About the Author
Matt Hallam

I've always wanted a job that fosters creativity - even when I worked on the assembly line in a fish factory. Outside work, I satisfy this need by writing questionable fiction. The venture into science writing was an unexpected departure from this fiction, but I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to combine my creative side with my scientific mind as Editor of The Analytical Scientist.
