Drugs of Abuse in Oral Fluids: Automated SPE Extraction and LC-MS/MS Determination
 
Over 50 drugs of abuse and internal standards were extracted from oral fluid samples using a miniaturized, automated SPE procedure coupled to LC-MS/MS. Calibration curves had R2 values of >0.99. Accuracy averaged 101 % (86.3 % - 113 %), precision data averaged 5.97 % RSD (0.840 % -16.7 %).
