UHPLC Separation of Ginseng extract using coupled solid-core columns for increased peak capacity

For this separation we harness the performance of the VWR-Hitachi ChromasterUltra Rs fitted with three coupled ACE UltraCore 2.5 µm 100 x 3.0 SuperC18 columns. This application clearly shows the benefits and additional resolution these technologies bring.
