Collaborating to combat the Emerging Mycotoxin Food Threat with Agilent Technologies
Agilent collaborates with Dr Awanwee Petchkongkaew, Co-Founding Director of International Joint Research Center on Food Security (IJC-FOODSEC) and a Lecturer at Thammasat University, to address emerging mycotoxin threats in food safety. Their focus is on utilizing high-throughput, highly sensitive analytical methods for detecting mycotoxins. Agilent provides support not only through advanced instrumentation but also by training lab personnel to enhance their skills. Dr. Awanwee plans to expand her work in mycotoxins and emerging food contaminants to further drive improvement in food safety alongside Agilent.
