High-sensitivity UV Measurement with Maya2000 Pro Spectrometer
The Maya2000 Pro spectrometer is a high-sensitivity spectrometer with low-noise electronics and excellent UV response. The spectrometer is ideal for measuring absorbance of UV gases used in semiconductor processing, exhaust emissions including NOx, and volcanic gases such as sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide.
At the heart of each Maya2000 Pro is a back-thinned 2D FFT-CCD detector in a robust, configurable optical bench. Accessory and bench options allow users to optimize systems for vacuum UV setups as low 165 nm. Additional applications include fluorescence, DNA sequencing and measurement of biological samples.
