cryoRaman brings Raman imaging microscopy to the edge of absolute zero.
Designed to meet existing and emerging challenges, it offers excitation wavelengths from VIS to NIR with optimized spectrometers, 1.6K to 300K operating temperatures, patented cryogenic Raman-specific objectives and an exceptionally precise piezoelectric scan stage.
cryoRaman’s high magnetic field options make it ideal for investigating transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) and van der Waals heterostructures. Other options include precise software-controlled laser power adjustment, automated switching between optical microscopy and spectroscopic imaging, time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) modes, low-wavenumber Raman peak detection, and full polarization control in excitation and detection.
