It offers excitation wavelengths from UV through VIS to the NIR with optimized spectrometers. It is available in many configurations to fulfill a wide variety of requirements, and can be reconfigured as requirements evolve.
The alpha300 R is compatible with a variety of heating and cooling stages, environmental enclosures, glove boxes and pulsed- and free-beam lasers. Other available components include the ParticleScout automated microparticle analysis module, TruePower software-controlled laser power meter and attenuator, TrueSurface profilometer, and TrueMatch, a fully-integrated Raman spectral database management option.
