Eclipse field-flow fractionation: separate macromolecules and nanoparticles

Eclipse field-flow fractionation: separate macromolecules and nanoparticles

Eclipse is the premier analytical instrument for separating macromolecules and nanoparticles by size, from 1 to 1000 nm, using field-flow fractionation. In conjunction with a DAWN multi-angle light scattering instrument plus UV, RI and other online detectors, FFF-MALS determines absolute molar mass and size from proteins and polysaccharides to PMMA, lipid nanoparticles, viruses and vesicles. FFF-MALS measures the conjugation ratio of glycoconjugates and copolymers, evaluates conformation and branching, identifies oligomers and aggregates, and even quantifies titer and payload of gene vectors. Fractions may be collected for further off-line analysis. VISION software provide advanced capabilities including support for 21CFR(Part 11) compliance.
