The ROXY Exceed is a new generation Potentiostat dedicated for direct coupling of Electrochemistry with MS. Numerous publications and applications are available in HDX-MS, top- and middle-down MS proteomics, drug/xenobiotic metabolism, and environmental degradation. The Potentiostat has a large voltage and current range of ± 4.9 V and 1 nA – 100 mA, respectively. It supports different modes of operation, DC, Scan, and Pulse. It can be controlled via a contact closure from any LC-MS system using Dialogue software (Antec Scientific) or direct via Chromeleon (Thermo), Empower (Waters) Open Lab or Chemstation (Agilent) and Clarity (Data Apex).
