The MonoSpin series is a spin column optimized for rapid sample preparation of biological samples such as blood, serum, and urine. Using silica monoliths with uniform continuous pores, it enables fast separation and high-sensitivity analysis. Solid-phase extraction is completed within 10 minutes using short-time centrifugation. Available in Spin (50–800 µL), Large (0.5–8 mL), and 96-well Plate types, it is ideal for applications such as peptide desalting, protein and drug purification, and glycan recovery. With high permeability and no need for frits, it ensures high recovery, complete elution of small volumes, and efficient enrichment.
