DAWN multi-angle light scattering instrument: analyze proteins and polymers

DAWN is the premier instrument for determining absolute molar mass and size from peptides and proteins to polysaccharides, polyolefins, liposomes and viral vectors. In conjunction with size-exclusion chromatography (SEC-MALS) or field-flow fractionation (FFF-MALS), it covers a masses from 200 to 1 billion g/mol and radii from 10 to 500 nm with sensitivity at the ng/mL level. DAWN combines with UV and/or RI detection to characterize glycoconjugates and copolymers, evaluate conformation and branching, identify oligomers and aggregates, and even quantify titer and payload of gene vectors like AAV or LNP. ASTRA software provides advanced capabilities including support for 21CFR(Part 11) compliance.
