ROXY™ EC – Electrochemistry System for on-line EC/MS and Synthesis
The ROXY EC is a flexible Electrochemistry system that simulates Nature’s REDOX reactions for fast prediction of drug metabolism/degradation and easy online reduction of disulfide bonds in MS Proteomics and HDX/MS. The ROXY EC is compatible any LC and MS from any vendor for seamless online Electrochemistry/MS integration. Further benefits are the rapid and cost-effective synthesis of metabolites/degradant at mg scale. Several configurations are available for integration with any MS supporting a wide range of flow rates and applications for EC/MS with the ReactorCell™ or µ-PrepCell™. All available configurations also support optional scale-up modes using the SynthesisCell™.
