Quantisal Oral Fluid Collection Devices & SPE-CX Method Development – Practical Considerations
contributed by Biotage |
Introduction
The poster describes the relationship between 85 drugs of abuse (DOA) and their response to the recovery and matrix effects of Immunalysis’ Quantisal buffer as used with water as a surrogate oral fluid, synthetic oral fluid from UTAK, and the Quantisal device. By modulating solvent polarity of the organic wash, the impact of recovery and matrix effects has been examined to improve analyte detection and SPE method ruggedness.
