This year’s Power List is a little different. In the spirit of our recent 10-year anniversary, nominees were assessed for their excellence and impact over the past decade – across four categories: Innovators and Trailblazers, Leaders and Advocates, Connectors and Interdisciplinarians, and Mentors and Educators.
We’ve limited nominees to a single category to create a list of 100 (25 per category) each with a ranked Top 10, but we recognize that many – if not most – of the individuals on this year’s list deserve recognition for efforts across several areas. This is to be expected; after all, when you say “analytical scientist,” what should come to mind if not: “innovator,” “trailblazer,” “leader,” “advocate,” “connector,” “interdisciplinarian,” “mentor,” “educator”…
