Evaluation of strong and weak cation exchange columns and dependence of separation on mobile phase PH.
Glycosylation is one of the most common forms of post-translational modification of proteins.
In this application note an ADC was analyzed using a TSKgel Butyl-NPR column.
This application describes the use of a 4.6 mm ID × 15 cm TSKgel UP-SW3000 SEC column for fast and accurate mAb aggregate analysis without compromising the quality of the aggregate determination or reproducibility.
In this application note, the quick capture and accurate titer analysis over a wide concentration range of mAb is demonstrated using a TSKgel Protein A-5PW analytical column.
