Predictions? Ultra-trace analysis in both targeted and open characterization with ever more complex matrices will be a focus. Matrix complexity will intensify as our society embraces the new norms of circular economies and sustainability, leading to more recycling of the current materials being used by the community.
Advice? Personal growth and change are all about evolution and iteration. The transformation of our lives is about moving into the “adjacent possible.” Investing time to build critical skills will lead to developing an enduring passion. Refining and expanding the “adjacent possible” to discover more possibilities is a crucial differentiator for continuous personal improvement. It would be best if we think about what we can do, rather than what our constraints are. Have a passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to helping others reach their full potential. Growing together is impactful and rewarding.
