“Multimode Column” - get your proteins and peptides

The Shodex Multimode Column Asahipak GS contains three separations modes in one column:

The Multimode Column is in particular of great help for substances with similar molecular weights, where size exclusion chromatography is not enough. In this case the separation can be determined via the isoelectric point pI (ion exchange mode) or the polarity (RP mode, hydrophobic parameter Σf) of the compounds.
